Not happy with your product, no worries, we understand this can happen, and we are here to help!
Items purchased from the802gypsy.com can be returned for free within 30 days for no charge when the customer purchased Redo for $1.98 at checkout when the order was placed.
If Redo was not purchased at the time of checkout, customers can still process a return using our return portal within 30 days but they are responsible for cost of the return shipping label, unless damaged or wrong item is sent. These items are free to return with proof of pictures prior to free return label sent to customer.
We currently do not offer free retruns for items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, we do hope to change that for our customers in the future.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the original purchase. A ciustomer can also choose store credit. We do not offer excahnges. Items will need to be returned and a new item will need to be reordered.

In order for us to process the return, after we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
What is Free Returns via Redo?
We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout.
If you purchase Redo for $1.98 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You
can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.* Redo covers all
items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you choose not to buy Redo, or would like a full refund, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label and a 20% restocking fee.
Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returne d within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund,items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it?Â
No worries, we got you! In this unfortunate occurrence, if you received an item that is damaged you can initiate a return request on our portal free of charge; we request photos and a description of the damages to the item. Once the request is submitted our team will review and then refund you the full amount to the payment the order was captured on. We do not offer any exchanges at this time.
Some Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns and will be listed on website.
Products NOT Eligible for RETURNS: Jewelry. Unless damaged upon arrival.
We do not currently offer free retruns for items shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Australia. New Zealand. These itemss are non returnable, but in the event of damaged product upon arrival ir incorrect items received, please reach out and let us know and we will accommodate accordingly.
