The802Gypsy collaborates with a diverse range of vendors, which means our items are sourced from various warehouses and locations. This allows us to offer you a wide selection, but please note that processing and shipping times may vary accordingly. Tracking information will highlight these details.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please get in touch with our customer support team. We are committed to resolving your concerns promptly. 

CONTACT US

If you contact us to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will be happy to assist you with the cancellation. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, once you receive your package, you are more than welcome to make a return if you’re not 100% satisfied. If you added Redo at checkout, your return includes free return shipping through Redo.

After we process your cancellation, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers can take a little time to post the funds—most refunds appear within 3–10 business days (timing varies by provider).







You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped, along with follow-up emails updating the tracking status. Additionally, you can register or sign in to your account, or use our tracking portal on the website at any time to check your order updates.

Instead, we process returns for a refund, so you can immediately reorder the correct size, color, or style without waiting for an exchange to process. This way, you're not stuck waiting for your original item to arrive before we can ship your new one. It's quicker, easier, and gets you back to shopping in no time!

Yes, you can return your order, but you would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Our return warehouse is located in the USA, which means international return shipping can be expensive—often as much as (or more than) the original item price. We recommend checking our detailed size charts, product measurements, and sizing notes carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit!

Once you receive your return label from us and ship your package back, the carrier will deliver it to our return warehouse. After it arrives, your return will be inspected within 24–48 hours, and then your refund will be processed.

Please note: after we process your refund, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds. Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days (timing varies by provider).
