The factories we partner with follow strict local, national, and international regulations and have certifications from recognizable international organizations.
What size would I be?
Because we work with multiple vendors we know it can be a little more catchy when it comes to figuring out what size you are! You will see that for each product we have created a size guide to help you select the right sizes, and you can find this guide on all our product pages.
Why are my shipments from an order sometimes broken up and arrive on different dates?
Because The802gypsy works with a variety of vendors items can come from different warehouse and locations that provide different processing and shipping times.
What happens if I don't receive confirmation, tracking or my order?
If any of these issues occur, reach out to our customer support team and let us know, we will take care of it A.S.A.P
What is the status of my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can also register or sign in to your account whenever you would like to follow your tracking updates.
Am I allowed to cancel my order?
It depends, and we want to help! If you contact us to cancel your order before it is shipped, we would be more than happy to assist you with the cancellation of the order. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order at that time. Be assured, once you receive your package, if you're not 100% satisfied with the items, we’ll be more than happy to help you with you're return.
What shipping courier/company does The802Gypsy use?
This depends and is based by the country or region to which the package is addressed. Once a package ships out of one of our warehouses-either in China or in the USA, it will be handled by local couriers. After it reaches your country or region, it will be handed from the original postal courier to the local courier that services your region. Side note: You may receive two tracking numbers in this process, the first one for the original courier from when it leaves our warehouse, and the second one for the local courier making the delivery.
