OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, we make returns easy and hassle-free.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

All items purchased from The802Gypsy can be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund or store credit.

HOW RETURNS WORK

OPTION 1: FREE RETURNS (With Redo Protection)
If you purchased Redo protection for $1.98 at checkout, your return shipping is completely FREE!
What to do:
  1. Start your return in our return portal
  2. Print your free return label
  3. Ship your item back to us
  4. Receive your full refund once we inspect your return
OPTION 2: CUSTOMER-PAID RETURN SHIPPING
If you didn't purchase Redo protection, you can still return your item, but you'll cover the return shipping cost.
Exception: If your item arrives damaged or wrong, we'll provide a FREE return label—just send us photos first!

RETURN CONDITIONS

For all returns, items must meet these requirements:
✅ Original tags attached (unworn, unwashed)
✅ In original garment packaging (clear packaging intact)
✅ In original condition (no damage, stains, or wear)

HAWAII & ALASKA SHIPPING

We currently do not offer free returns for items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. However, you can still return items—you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. We're working on expanding free returns to these locations soon!

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Full refund: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Store credit: Choose store credit instead of a refund for faster credit to your account
  • No exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and reorder the new size/style

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 30 DAYS?

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from your original purchase date. We recommend starting your return as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline!
