30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
All items purchased from The802Gypsy can be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund or store credit.

HOW RETURNS WORK

• Print your return label
• Ship your item back to us
• Receive your refund or store credit once we inspect your return

RETURN CONDITIONS
For all returns, items must meet these requirements:
• Original tags attached (unworn, unwashed)
• In original garment packaging (clear packaging intact)
• In original condition (no damage, stains, or wear)

HAWAII & ALASKA SHIPPING
We do not currently offer free returns for items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. You can still return items, but you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
• Full refund: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• Store credit: Choose store credit for faster credit to your account
• No exchanges: Simply return your item and reorder your new size or style
