Shipping Policy
The802Gypsy is a U.S.-based brand that offers a variety of products, with some items shipped from our international warehouse. We provide shipping to customers across the U.S.A. and select international destinations, including Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Please note that our ❤️Collection products are only available for shipping within the U.S.A.
Standard Shipping Times:
- Processing Time: The warehouse typically takes 2-6 business days to process orders before they are shipped. A tracking number will be provided once the item is on its way.
- U.S. Orders: 4–10 business days*
- International Orders: 7-20 business days*
Shipping times may vary depending on the vendor fulfilling the order and demand for specific products. The802Gypsy will keep customers informed via email about any delays caused by high order volumes or postal issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs: Due to tariff changes, we’ve discontinued free shipping. A flat rate of $5.00 will apply to all orders. Thank you for your understanding!
The802Gypsy does not provide local delivery or in-store pickup.
Checking Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow 2-6 days for the tracking information to become available after your order has been processed.
If you have not received your order within the expected shipping timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us.
Return Policy
The802Gypsy accepts returns of unworn clothing items or unused bags and sunglasses that still have original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the return window begins the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving your order and must be shipped back to us within 30 days of submission to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Returns for toe rings must also meet the same criteria as clothing items. The product must be in the same condition as when received and undamaged. After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your return.
Return shipping is free, provided it meets the 30-day return window and all criteria listed in our policy. The802Gypsy will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Please note that we do not offer free returns for orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
