Bust-Grap a tape measure and wrap it around the fullest part of the breast. This will usually be at the middle of the nipple. Ensure the tape measure is snug but not tight.
Band size/ Under-Bust - Grap a tape measure and wrap it just under your breast.
Over-Bust- Grap a tape measure and wrap it around the top of your chest (directly above the fullest part of your bust), right under your armpits.
